Wasp Attack Triggers buggy Accident Near Greeley
Frantic from a wasp sting a horse drawn by Mrs. M J Poor and her daughter Mrs D E Carey backed down an embankment last Saturday. The buggy overturned into a ditch. Mrs Carey escaped with bruises while Mrs Poor sustained severe sprains and bruises and was pinned under the buggy. They were returning from Greeley when the accident occurred.

Street Railway Work Underway on Seventh Street
Construction on the Greeley electric railway line started early Monday on Seventh street. The Seventh avenue track segment from Nineteenth to Seventh streets was finished last week, with surveys and ground breaking on the Seventh street portion this morning. The route will run west on Seventh to Twelfth, then south to Nineteenth, and along Nineteenth to complete the loop. Completion is expected by October given current progress.

Motor Cyclist Fined In Police Court Row
Monday morning police court disposed of several drunkenness cases. John Miller was fined 10 and costs on two counts after a Saturday night intoxication incident on lower Eighth street. George Davis paid 5 and costs for riding a motorcycle without a light. Frank Childress received 25 and costs for intoxication, his second offense. John Stahl was fined 10 and costs. Officer Brown sustained a swollen hand from the clash.

Building work advances on trust building and Camfield hotel
