Good Roads mass meeting elects district committee
The Good Roads mass meeting in District No. 3 elected permanent president F. F. Miles and secretary Frank C. Laird. Delegates divided the district into four zones with Grass Range receiving one vote per zone and a five-member committee named for the district including Joseph Ryan and R. W. Blake.
