Off season weight room project wraps up with strong results
Coach Adan Casas reports the 2001 off-season program produced major gains in bench, squats, power clean and incline as athletes trained to boost strength speed and mental toughness. A four week boot camp, track work and team games built resilience while the lift-a-thon raised over 1000 dollars. The new weight room finishes mid July with summer hours 5 to 7 pm. Track gates closed during construction and will reopen in early June.
