Two Fords Collide Near Shawnee Park
At Plum and South streets yesterday between noon and 1 pm a Ford coupe driven by Mayor A B Eddileman and another by Secretary D Walker collided. Both cars were heavily damaged but neither man was injured. Walker was southbound. Eddileman westbound. Walker tried to turn west as they struck. Walker’s car hit the south bridge column and Eddileman’s dropped into a branch. The collision occurred as children returned to Shawnee School.
