Mrs. Rickman known as Grand ma Rickman died Friday evening of fever at age seventy one. She was buried Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery at 3 p.m. Businesses closed in mourning and a large crowd attended the funeral. She left sons Jesse Columbus and Robin and was honored as a model of Christian womanhood.
