Austin Brothers Win Gooseneck Bridge Contract
At the Commissioners Court meeting the Goosneck crossing Brazos bridge contract went to Austin Bros of Dallas. They will rebuild the permanent bridge and construct a temporary one during the works. The bid is 15000 dollars, about 13000 less than the next offer. Piling for the temporary bridge has shipped from East Texas and construction should start soon after receipt of material.
