Hardware man returns to Young County firm in move

Sunday School Baseball League Seeks Funds for Season
Graham readers urged to support the Sunday School Baseball League as it starts its third season with about 150 dollars of debt. Officials note per game costs including six baseballs about 10 dollars umpire 2.50 chasing balls 2.50 field maintenance 1.50 and ongoing purchases of bats and bases. No admission is charged and fans are asked to contribute at games each Tuesday and Thursday to cover heavy expenses and improve the park.

Glidewell Expands Sheep Stock With Rambouillet Plans
W M Glidewell, a prosperous Finns community stock farmer, added about a hundred sheep this year under guidance of County Agent Roy A Brewer. He bought the flock to weed pastures, gained wool income, and saw about sixty lambs born. He plans to buy two registered Rambouillet rams to improve the flock.

At a directors meeting of the Young County Fair Association the fair was scheduled for October 7 through 11. Plans will be drawn up soon and preparations urged for a larger exhibit space and improved facilities. Weather Man Sends Good Rain April 24
