The Spring term of the U S circuit and district courts for the Graham division of the northern district of Texas opened with Judge Rector presiding. Most business continued. Head heads U S mails robbery case, with several witnesses and a crowded Vernon district audience. Public improvements and local commerce news follow with notices on housing, hardware, millinery, and new municipal ordinances taking effect.
In Seymour on March 8 1893 a letter notes a sickness rise with a dozen cases and deaths including George West.
