Dozier Case Delayed Until Jury Drawn in District Court
District Court adjourned last Thursday and reconvened Tuesday for the Dozier case. A special venire was nearly exhausted before jurors were chosen. Evidence began yesterday and trial may continue late tomorrow or Saturday morning. School bonds sold at par for cash and new building planned
J. T. Rickman reports at a Tuesday meeting that the school bonds sold at par with accrued interest for cash. Foundation work begins on a 73 by 210 foot school, walls to rise soon, and completion set for September 1.
