The Louisiana Lottery seeks another twenty five years of legality with a statewide vote expected to approve. The company promises 1 260 000 dollars yearly for twenty five years, attracting support from a large segment of residents who continue buying tickets. The Waco Day suggests a Texas audience might similarly back such a proposition.
