The piece then shifts to an unrelated local church update detailing outdoor meetings, baptisms, and new members across several congregations.

Work on the Graham Hotel began last Tuesday with carpenters removing the old roof for a new cover. The double porch will be replaced, rooms refitted repainted and papered, and the exterior repainted. The hotel recently received first class furniture and will open as a first class inn around July 20. Operator identity is not yet known.
Mrs. N E McIntire left this week to visit friends and relatives in Ringgold and Nocona Texas. W O Clark returned after days at his ranches near Olney Texas and in the Osage Nation. Mr Clark is described as a successful stockman and one of our enterprising capitalists.
