Hi Juackers Hold Up Graham Couple Near East Graham
Otis Phinney and Odessa Hibbler were robbed near the East Graham oil mill as a hijacking occurred Friday night. A man boarded their car, forced a short drive, tied them, and stole a watch ring and money. Hibbler resisted and was struck but not seriously hurt. both were untied after about four hours.
