Graham Texas Oct 15 1893 teachers of Young county met in the High School room with Judge Fimmons presiding. Prof R Lindsey elected president, H Fowler secretary. Committees chosen to prepare programs and set prices for future meetings. Temperance and colonial history methods discussed, with lively sessions led by Lindsey and others. The institute adjourned until 7 pm and reconvened next morning for further instruction and planning with Miss May Huey and Prof Keathly presenting methods.
