Grandma McLaren Breaks Shoulder in Henry Chapel Visit

Belknap coal fields to produce 100000 tons soon
A large corps under F B Slager began a new mine near Belknap last Monday to uncover 100000 tons of coal at the earliest moment. Slager expects the Wichita Southern road to reach Belknap by May 1 and the coal ready for shipping. He predicts Belknap mines will soon lead Texas coal production, with veins three to five feet thick and vast unseen potential.
