Our Great Reunion at Timmons Grove
A lengthy report on the Confederate veterans reunion at Timmons grove on Clear Fork recounts orderly crowds, speeches by Hon John Stephens and others, band music from Eliasville, and a busy program with baseball daily. Notes praise the Sons of Veterans committee led by J E Simpson, the beef from Akers boys, and many local attendees, with anticipation of a repeat gathering next year.
