Grafton Bearcats Upset Bridgeport For Third Victory
Grafton Bearcats upset Bridgeport 26 to 0 in a rain soaked game with a strong ground attack led by Dick Poe who scored twice and broke off a 68 yard TD run. Benny Poe and Bennett provided the other scores as Grafton overcome penalties and strong Bridgeport defense to secure the third win of the season under coach Rand McKinney. The victory sets up a key test next Friday against Buckhannon on Upshire County field.
