Frank Davidson of Pearl street, veteran B and C engineer, has been elected to a three year term as general chairman of the B of L E on the B and C system. Offices to open June 1 in Cleveland and here in the Professional building, with a secretary and clerk to be appointed. Davidson will resign from the Mononga h division to devote full time to the post after meeting grand officers in Cleveland tonight.
