Weston West Virginia May 9 Fifty seven miners alleged United Mine Workers members are jailed after an attack on Robert McWhorter a 28 year old Jane Lew truck driver. McWhorter said about 100 miners in cars and autos threatened to dump coal from railroad cars and beat him severely as he tried to stop it.
