Air courses planned to train 95 000 youths this year
Washington reports Congress sent to the White House a bill to create a large pool of airmen for peace or war. Civil Aeronautics officials predict training will begin by October 15 with 330 said to be in plan. About 300 to 400 colleges will offer ground school in September. The bill authorizes 5.675 million dollars to train 15 000 pilots and 7 million dollars annually to teach 20 000 more.
