London June 43 A 45yearold Australian steelworker Ledwedge Vincent Lawlor held over the June 5 discharge of a sawed off rifle near the Duchess of Kent is now accused in connection with the discovery of a bullet hole in the Princess Royal residence window. Police Prosecutor H A K Morgan disclosed the new charge as Lawlor appeared before a magistrate. He had arrived in England on April 6 and worked at Waterloo Bridge as a welders assistant.

MARLINTON June 13 Walter Williams former Kanawha county deputy sheriff presented his defense against a murder charge for the third time. Williams is accused of killing Ray Keefer December 1 1934 during an attempted traffic arrest on the Montgomery Charleston road. He was twice convicted in Kanawha county intermediate court and both times the circuit court set aside the verdict. A change of venue was granted to Pocahontas county.
