Many girls focus on cosmetics while neglecting skin care. Wash gently with a suitable soap, use a complexion brush for thorough cleansing, and rinse with warm then cold water to improve pores and color. Use creams for makeup removal and night care, and ensure a healthy diet with calcium and phosphorus to support skin health.
