Iron and steel market slowly improves says Iron Trade Review
Cleveland, July 24. The Iron Trade Review notes that the improvement in marketing iron and steel products is gradual and lacks dramatic features. Changes week to week are small, with some saying the trough of activity may be past, yet a long, tough period remains before vigor returns. Much business consists of small orders sustaining mills. Bright spots exist, but much remains unsatisfactory. Agricultural prospects boost wire products trade and pig iron specs, aiding conditions.
