Albert Vincent Parkhill 77 of 498 Gay Street died this morning at 7:15 after a year long illness. Born in Kansas City Kansas on September 30 1872 he was a longtime Baltimore and Ohio railroad engineer. Survived by wife Mary Margaret Lockhart Parkhill four children James Ray Mrs Harry Parker Kelvin and one sister. 12 grandchildren. Funeral services Sunday 2 pm Bartlett Funeral Home with Rev G W Twynham of St Pauls Methodist Church officiating. Burial Green Lawn Masonic Cemetery Clarksburg.

In Cannonsburg Pennsylvania two men were killed in a roadhouse early today in what Coroner L C Grey called murder and suicide. Eugene Basle 34 a Washington theatre actor and his uncle Louis Basle 48 owner of Maple View Inn two miles south of Cannonsburg died from head wounds. James Petros 46 was shot in the finger while trying to disarm Louis Basle. Eugene was a former partner in the Grafton Theatre corporation and died at a Washington hospital after a head wound.
