Staying Ends Drinking Bout Watchman Held
In Huntington West Virginia a 45 year old man was shot and killed after a drinking bout with a night watchman who was charged with murder. Harley Henderson died instantly from a .22 caliber wound in the stomach. Milton H. Hanshaw a 43 year old man was arrested and said to have admitted the shooting claiming it was accidental. He was bound over to the Cabell County grand jury. Henderson had been drinking with him.
