Funeral services in St Petersburg for John L Dougan 82 former Monongalia County West Virginia sheriff who died from injuries after being struck by a car. Dougan served as sheriff from 1917 to 1921 and formerly lived in Morgantown. He is survived by his wife and one daughter.
