Acting Postmaster Loren A. Hoffman enacted Rural Route No. 8 extension to serve 44 families in Grafton city area. The Brownlow section gains access from Route 119 and Park Boulevard, reducing crossing hazards. Route 5 extension increases coverage to 14 more households. City extension now serves about 100 homes after district approval by A. Duff of Regional Operations.
