Pinkey A. Collins, 33, of Flemington, drowned Saturday afternoon in the Tygart River near Wickwire Creek when cramps pulled him under. Jark Marks, Woodrow Marks, Roy Fulton and Joe Bay tried to help. Bay reached him but could not lift him. Body recovered about 7 p.m. by a boating group led by Roy Keener after hours of searching.
