Washington August 25 Donald R Richberg counsel for the recovery administration said there has been no implied approval of the five six hour work week compact advanced by the industry. The code would cover 60,000 druggists and about 150,000 workers and calls for a 90 hour week with wages ranging from 14 to 15 dollars weekly for regular employees in large towns. Registered pharmacists executives earning over 35 dollars weekly would be excluded from certain provisions and the age floor exemptions would apply to others.
