Sealed bids for 645000 dollar Electric Revenue Bonds due 1987 will be received by the Graettinger Municipal Electric Utility until 7:00 p.m. on September 26 1977. Bids to be opened and bonded awarded to the lowest interest cost with par plus accrued interest. Bids must include required checks and are subject to approval opinions. The city reserves right to reject any bid.

Special City Council Meeting Approves Road Tax Report and Transfers
On August 29 1977 at 6 30 pm in Council Chambers Mayor Graettinger convened a special meeting. Present were Jensen Hanson Nissen Bonstead and Brobst with Brobst arriving later. Motions approved include making Well 4 independent from Well 3 and not filling Well 3. A resolution approving the Road Use Tax Report passed with four yes votes. A transfer of 11950 from Gas System to City was approved. Light Plant Board may set up a special account to assure bond interest and principal payments.
