Members of the Grachtinger FFA dominated the Clay County Fair Berkshire and related races. Loren Jamison showed the Reserve Champion Boar and several Champion classes in Landrace, plus a Champion Litter. Bob Reeves claimed Champion Berkshire boar and multiple gilt and litter honors, plus Reserve Grand in Market hogs. Ron Christianson took Reserve Berkshire Boar and fourth in Boar and in Pen of Three Market hogs. Gerald Twait displayed Reserve Champion Pen of Three Duroc Market Pigs with other top finishes. The Chapter exhibit earned a red ribbon for a display titled What to Pay for Feeder Pigs.
