Light Plant Board Proceedings and Bids October 11 1971
The Gracetinger Municipal Light Plant met October 11 1971 with all members present. Minutes of prior meetings were read and approved. Several payments and a $105.50 contribution to the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities were approved. Bids were opened for an elbow type aerial basket and truck. Badger Body Equipment Co. bid $16 365.80 for the elbow basket and Bradshaw Short Inc. bid $4 475.00 for a 1972 Chevrolet truck. Both bids were accepted after discussion.
