Special election planned for Gractinger Telephone franchise.
Notice to voters for Gractinger Iowa. Special municipal election set for the second Tuesday in November 1903. Question asks if a franchise should be granted to the Gaettinger Telephone Company to build and maintain its lines on town streets alleys highways and public places.
