Tragic horse accident saddles Ruthven man with long recovery
The injured man, born in 1862 in this county, was found unconscious after a horse fell on him. He was taken to Michael Crowley's home where medical help arrived too late. His wife Annie Healy and a newborn son survive along with siblings and brothers from Montana and Ruthven. Funeral plans will be set after word from his brothers.
