Health conference set for Des Moines October 17
Henry F. Helmholz M D chief consultant for the Midcentury White House Conference on Children and Youth in 1950 will speak on child health in Des Moines October 17. The Governor's Conference on Children and Youth will be held in the State House on Wednesday Oct 17 all day. The theme is community effort for wholesome child development.
