Hazen of Copnalaville, Pennsylvania. Born September 6, 1861 in Boone Iowa. lived in Conneville Pennsylvania, Ottawa Illinois, Ringsted and Emmetsburg before settling in Emmettinger and later. He married September 1, 1880.
