It highlights Sibley’s playoff berth despite two losses in nine games due to Lakes Conference play and Graettinger’s high scoring against weak opponents in Class 1A. Proposals include five classes and conference winner playoffs based on enrollment averages, with independent schools rated by enrollment to balance entry, aiming to let true champions reach state limelight.
