Funeral of Jorgen Petersen Recalls Cedar Falls Resident’s Death

New School Building Accepted by School Board
At a school board meeting the new grade school building was accepted on the architect Thorvall Thoresen of Swea City recommendation. Thoresen praised the contractors for meeting all requirements. Oscar Fagre of Estherville held the general contract and L W Lohr of Estherville the plumbing. The basement now serves as a play room and lunch room, with heating water and toilets. Ventilating systems in both buildings are finished and new seats lockers added. Graettinger schools now rank among the finest for a town of this size.

Mr and Mrs Charles Westfall mourn the death of their baby boy Erwin born January 26 who died Sunday November 2 after pneumonia. Funeral services were held at home with interment in the cemetery northwest of town. Mrs Westfall was ill with pneumonia and their loss is deeply felt by many neighbors. The Times expresses sympathy.
