First Lutheran Ladies Aid to meet May 9 at church parlors, with Mrs Wicks, Mrs L Birkland and Mrs Ericson hosting. Mrs Earl Lehigh hosted a bridge gathering Monday evening with Mrs J J Sullivan taking high score. Gleaners plan next meeting at church parlors on May 9.

Silver Wedding Anniversary Observed at Lost Island

The Ladies Aid of Lost Island township held a silver anniversary Sunday for Mr. and Mrs Manly Hampson. Relatives and many friends attended. A silverware set was given as a memento and refreshments were served as the event closed. The Times extends congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness and success.
