Mr and Mrs Rolfe Lundgren accompanied Mr and Mrs Gerald Steuve to Lake Park Iowa Tuesday for a Poultry Open House. Gerald Steuve was the contractor. The building holds 50 000 birds and is a fully automated operation on the Lawrence farm northwest of Lake Firk.

Obituary notes Hanna Belinda Nissen born May 25 1900 Lost Island Township died March 21 1977 in Armstrong. She married John Nissen October 7 1921 at Estherville and farmed near Ruthven and Graettinger. Surviving are son Arnold and daughters Imogene Fries Pearl Frick, 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, six sisters and one brother. Funeral March 24 at Bethel Lutheran Graettinger officiated by Reverend O J Reitz with burial at South Walnut Cemetery. Visitation after 3 pm Wednesday.
