The annual Senior class day at GEDS was held Tuesday in the High School building with town families in attendance. Lara Harrington opened the program with a class history, Harold Jensen spoke as valedictorian, the Girly? Glo club performed, Jehu Jeitly read the class prophecy, Martha Berke delivered a reading, Martha Reynolds led the class in a farewell tune, and the group sang an alma mater to close.

Funeral for Karl Keun Held Monday
The funeral of Karl Keun, who died after a stroke, was held Monday in Emmetsburg.
