Chautauqua Opens in Graettinger July 10 Aims Six Day Run
The Graettinger Chautauqua begins Tuesday July 10 and runs through Sunday July 15. Tickets cost 1.50 for four adults and 1.00 for children. The event features Alfred H. O Connor and Col Bain among entertainers, with a six day program including afternoon talks by Father Nugent and a Patriotism and War lecture by Walter Zimmerman. Auto Collision Near Jensen Auto Garage

McCarty drove a Studebaker six east while Albert Johnson came from the west in a new Overland and turned into the parking lane. Both drivers failed to see each other until impact. Aaron Anderson Joins National Guard in Cedar Rapids
