Obituary of Thos Thoreson in Palo Alto county
Thos Thoreson of Graettinger area was found dead by hanging in his hay loft Monday morning after apparently suffering a period of worry. Survived by four children Lawrence Evelyn Laura Barbara, the 54 year old man was married twice and well respected for his honesty. Funeral held Wednesday, burial at Lest Island cemetery, with many neighbors in attendance. Community notes include saving slogans and local meetings. Louis Larsen, son of M C Larsen, wounded serving in France. telegram confirms injury and hopes for a full recovery.
