Accident Injures Graettinger Farm Worker

Frog in Babby's Stomach Revealed by X Ray
Surgeons at Goshin Indiana operated on an 18 month old child of Mrs. Henry Wolf and found a half pound frog in the stomach. Illness led to stomach trouble treatments until an X ray exposed a black spot. Doctors believe the child swallowed a tadpole in water which then developed into a frog.

Smallpox Quarantine Near Corwith Reports Outbreak
About twenty smallpox cases are under quarantine in Corwith and adjacent countryside south of Algona after a long period of unrestricted spread near Wesley.
