McMacken faces murder charges in the Laughlin and Boblit killings with Judge Davidson adjourning court to 10 a m Saturday for sentencing. The trial continues Tuesday for guilt degree, following pleas from Carcmichael Lind Fisher Heald and witness testimony. Mrs McMacken was the sole eye witness to the double murder.

Dana College Choir To Perform In Graettinger Saturday
The Dana College A Cappella Choir from Blair Nebraska directed by Prof Waldo B Nielsen will give a concert in Graettinger on Saturday April 23 at 8 pm in the Hawkeye Theatre. The Lutheran Danish Evangelical group sings without accompaniment and rehearsed since last September with 2-5 weekly sessions. The program includes Bach’s two part piece for double choir. The 38 choir members travel by large chartered bus. Admission is 50 cents for adults and 26 cents for children.
