Jonas Ringenberg of Brinemade North Dakota visiting relatives spoke at the Missionary Church Sunday morning. He is a newly licensed minister. Mr Clasper of Fort Wayne Bible Training School was named a home missionary by the Missionary Church Association.
The fifteenth annual Stukey family reunion was hosted at Albert Egly's home last Thursday. Attendees included Dr. Peter Stukey and daughter Alice of Great Falls Montana. Simeon Stukey of Duck Lake Michigan. Jesse Stukey and Cox of Coldwater Michigan. Menno Stukey of Ray Michigan. Henry Haber and son of Ithaca Michigan. Chae Huber of Clifford Michigan. Magdalena Stukey of Eail Oklahoma. Mesdames Enos Area of Columbus Ohio and Katherine Whitcomb with daughter Rubs of Weusecn. A noon meal was served and all enjoyed the gathering.
Weekly subscriptions to the Ft. Wayne Journal-Gazette listed at 16 cents per week. Various small ads include a good brogue saw, five shoots, sealing and repair services, a rip saw engine, pump jack, ropes, cement mixer, tool set, and denoting cattle for sale. Misa Elsie Helfer daughter of P H Helfer and wife of Harlan won a diamond ring in Robison Park popularity contest. Manager C H Williams presented the prize last Thursday.
Mrs A K Mumma traveled from Tucsia to Springfield Q to join the annual Board of the Oesterland Orphans Home meet. Red Cross ladies plan a sewing session Thursday with all members and friends invited. James Valiiu Jr visited Richard Shook in St Joe and several families hosted relatives.

Several families travel to Van Wert and Wenseon for fair and visits. L H Hursh rebuilds cement walk in front of his saloon. For school supplies, Grabill Drug Co offers stock. First Working er family reunion planned near Grabill September 15.
The War Department announced that Negro troops will be trained with white soldiers at 16 National Army cantonments. One infantry regiment of colored troops will be organized at each cantonment where sufficient personnel exists, so a Negro regiment will accompany each white division overseas.
