The Beach area roads and elevators buzz as farmers ship vast grain surpluses from Golden Valley. Officials predict Beach will become the United States’ largest primary grain receiving station, with nearly two million bushels of wheat barley flax and oats moving through Thorpe Minnesota Western Farmers Lytle and Chama elevators this season.
