Half Million Acres Closed Across Dickinson District
The United States land office announces by executive order dated July 7 1910 that large unpatented lands in Dickinson district are withdrawn from settlement pending coal value review. The tract list spans many townships across ranges 91 to 106 west with prior withdrawals noted along the Little Missouri. Unappropriated lands total 788 141 acres. past year appropriations total 264 859 acres. The order delays entries and final certificates while filings and proofs are paused. The district includes Stark Billings Dunn Hettinger and McKenzie counties.

City partners with firms on odor blamed trenching project
