North Dakota Delegates Named to Lobby Against Reciprocity Pact
North Dakota farmers at Grand Forks named delegates to Washington to oppose the Canada reciprocity pact. J P Reeve and other county representatives will join a seven man general delegation to attend Congress and press anti pact views. Resolutions condemn the pact as unfair, raising farm costs, lowering prices, and provoking emigration and debt burdens.
