Itasca boys and girls captured championship honors at the annual Junior High Basketball Tournament held last weekend. Games ran from Thursday afternoon to Saturday night with Glen Rose boys and Walnut Springs girls finishing as runners-up. Itasca defeated Glen Rose 34 to 12 in the boys final and beat Walnut Springs 33 to 28 for the girls title.
