Adult Education classes planned in Gladewater ISD
Gladewater Independent School District plans free Adult Basic Education classes for adults 18 and older with less than an eighth grade education. The program, funded by the Texas Education Agency, aims to improve reading writing and arithmetic and help with employment. Twenty four persons have signed up. a second class will form if interest grows. The first class meets Tuesday night at Gladewater Middle School with instructor Mrs Ira Johnson.
